Our dance-based classes are taught under the ISTD DFR syllabus. The syllabus not only gives the classes structure and ensures the children’s technique develops safely and appropriately for their age, but it also allows us to enter students for examinations.​​

Our dance-based classes cover all dance styles A.L.A.D Cambridge has to offer, including: Disco Freestyle, Rock N Roll, Lyrical, Street, Stamina & Stretch.
