A.L.A.D has two competitive squads which your child is eligible to take part in if they attend a minimum of two danced based classes per week at A.L.A.D. The squads were formed four years ago and in this short time A.L.A.D is proudly home to 17 National Champions and 53 National Finalists. Our squads are very successful in regional and open dance competitions and work hard throughout the year in preparation for the prestigious National Finals. A.L.A.D is enthusiastic to recruit more competitors to grow the squads. The squads range from ages 3-21 years.
All students in the squad are invited to trial comp squad. To be considered for our competitive squad, students are to take a dance exam for ISTD entry and have good class attendance. Students will take their Tuesday competition class in addition to their Thursday or Saturday dance class.
The squad members will train in Disco freestyle, Rock N Roll, Street, Lyrical and Acro for advanced students.
Start your training today!
If your child would love to take their dance hobby to the next level, competitions are a great way to start! Come and join classes that are fun, engaging and worth every minute. Inspiring a lifelong enjoyment for fitness.
