Compulsory class for all Qualifiers attending Grand Finals day on Sunday 13th October 2024. During the session our dancers will be inspired and uplifted in anticipation of the season's biggest event!

About the event
We will concentrate on mindful exercises to help them prepare and install a sense of belief and aspiration to achieve their goals at this years grand finals. The dancers will focus on refining their routines and receive top tips for the big day. With 17 National Champions proudly in our midst. we have the perfect preparation plan in place to support your childs successes!
What to bring:
- Water bottle
- Lunch (We will be stopping for and lunch break)Â
What to wear:
- ALAD Comp Squad Tracksuits on arrival (For headshots and team photos!)
- Hair in high bunÂ
- Please wear your black ALAD uniform underneath your tracksuit or bring it with you to change into to trian in.Â
Please ensure your child is collected on time. If you are late collecting your child additional fees may occur to cover the cost of our staff staying later.
