Acro

Acrobatics is commonly referred to as the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and acrobatics elements. This style focuses on body contortion and tricks that defy the centre of gravity. Whereas gymnasts execute in straight lines, dancers aim to fit Acrobatics elements seamlessly into their choreography without stopping in-between tricks. A.L.A.D offers this style under AcroTrix syllabus.

Stamina & Stretch

All classes include stamina and stretch. This is the foundation for A.L..A.D to promote good stamina and mobility throughout the body to avoid fatigue, which is the main cause of injury for dancers. Tendons and joints are likely to be overworked in performances or competitions if dancers miss high intensity and conditioning warm ups. Class stretches and warm ups are continuously updated and engaging to keep it motivational and fun for all students. You will be holding a 10 minute plank in no time!
