Lyrical dance is a dance style that embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz, acrobatics and modern dance. It clearly displays moods of emotion and illustration of song lyrics. Stamina & Stretch
All classes include stamina and stretch. This is the foundation for A.L..A.D to promote good stamina and mobility throughout the body to avoid fatigue, which is the main cause of injury for dancers. Tendons and joints are likely to be overworked in performances or competitions if dancers miss high intensity and conditioning warm ups. Class stretches and warm ups are continuously updated and engaging to keep it motivational and fun for all students. You will be holding a 10 minute plank in no time!
